I kind of gave up on daily use of mascara as the effect wasn’t worth the time to put on, and take off. I have tried them all - very expensive and moderate and without a doubt RUMI is the best. From the first application, lashes are longer, thicker. With the second application, I couldn’t believe the length of my lashes! The liner is wonderful too. I love it and subscribe to it.

I love the products the only thing is I cannot get the mascara off easily without breaking off my eyelashes any suggestions ?

I did not know there was such magic in a tube with just the right applicator brush! This mascara works on thinning lashes. Plus it glides on and stays on until I want it off.

Found it clumps easily. Not a fan.

As a middle aged woman, I have been searching, in vain, for a mascara that could work for me. Well I found it with Rumi and that's what I will keep using! Thanks for making this for all of us!

I thought this would be the answer. I like the mascara brush and I like the way the product goes on. Its not clumpy at all. But it is really hard to remove. I have tried several eye makeup removers and it does not come off unless you pull it off with your fingers (which is probably pulling out lashes). I had high hopes.

Leaves dark marks above and below lashes

I love this mascara. My lashes are very fine now, and other brands just don't help at all. I love the shape of the brush, which helps separate and lengthen my lashes. I wouldn't use anything else any more.

Best mascara I’ve ever used

I first purchased the VolumeCare+ mascara about a year ago. I loved it from the start. It does lengthen my tiny lashes and doesn’t clump up like other mascaras. I especially love the design of the brush as it grabs my lashes, especially in the hard to reach area in the inner corner of the eyes. I also like that it’s waterproof and relatively easy to remove. I also have to mention the customer service…. I had a couple of questions on two separate occasions and both times, I received prompt responses and my questions were answered. If you’ve been thinking about purchasing, don’t hesitate.

Trust me, I have tried them all but this mascara is the one which is transformative. Other people notice - it’s a game changer

I like this eyebrow gel as it sticks well to hairs… however my brow hairs are sparse so I had my brows tattooed years ago and the black pigment turned blue. The brow brush does not adapt well to skin so my existing hairs are nice and covered but the bare spots are not. Please innovate the brush tip for skin coverage and it will be perfect!

I love everything about this mascara. My eyelashes no longer fall out, I get great volume and length.

So far so good - I didn’t give 5 star yet as I haven’t used it long enough - most mascaras can be great initially, then after about a month or so, they start to clump and/or dry out - but right now I do like it!

As a non-make-up sort of person: this product does the trick well for me. Waterproof and does not irritate my sensitive eyes

I was in despair a few weeks ago as my eyelashes seemed so sparse but after using the eyelash serum & mascara I am so happy & can hardly believe how much they have improved. The mascara doesn't clump together & it's so easy to put on.
I wouldn't use any other mascara now & would recommend to everyone to try it.

I have tried many mascaras including expensive brands but I really like the way this one adds length without clumps. Wears well all day and looks very natural. I bought the brown for day wear and I will try the black one next. My lashes were thin due to having lash extensions but now they are growing well.
